Preparing your child for kindergarten can seem like a daunting task. With questions like What do they need to know? How will I find the time to teach them? and are they ready? running through your mind, it’s no wonder!

At Little Explorers Early Learning Centre Merrylands our preschool program starts when the children turn 3 years old. School readiness involves more than just learning to write their name and counting to 10. There are lots of little steps along the way.

Our educators make learning fun. We incorporate all the skills children need to know before leaving for big school into everyday through play and interactions with the environment around them. We even learn another language through the Department of Education’s ELLA language program!

From the early stages of recognising alphabet and numbers, shapes, colours, concepts, spatial awareness, social interactions and language development to writing names, working cooperatively with others, engaging in complex conversation and everything in between, Little Explorers Early Learning Centre Merrylands is here to prepare your precious little one for the world.
